What we do
Homes and businesses, inside and out. Most of a good job happens in the preparation, so every quote spells out exactly how each surface will be prepared and what goes on it.

Furniture moved and wrapped, floors masked edge to edge, every patch sanded flush before a drop of colour. We use low-odour paints so you can stay home while we work.

Washed down, mould treated, cracks routed and filled. The coatings we use are rated for salt air and full Queensland sun, which matters when the beach is two streets away.

Concrete ground back and repaired, then a full epoxy system: primer, build coat and a clear topcoat. Choose solid colour or decorative flake, with anti-slip where you need grip. Tough enough for cars, forklifts and hot tyres.

Soft washing for walls and roofs, high pressure for concrete and pavers. Mould, grime and salt residue gone. Book it on its own, or before a repaint so the new coat bonds properly.

We come out, look at every surface, and talk through colour, finish and timing. No charge, no obligation.
Written quote
Itemised by area, with the product system named for each surface and a start date you can plan around.
Preparation
Washing, sanding, filling and priming for paint. Grinding and crack repair for epoxy. It's most of the job, and it's why the finish lasts.
Finish coats
Two full coats of paint as a minimum, or a complete multi-coat epoxy system, applied only in the conditions the manufacturer specifies.
Walk-through
We go over the job with you and fix anything you point out before we call it finished.
